Client Terms and Conditions
These Terms and Conditions, which include all proposals, invoices, correspondence, and Supplier terms, govern the relationship between Mor Travels Group, LLC d/b/a Mor Travels ("Mor Travels", "we", "us", "our") and you, the traveler ("Client", "traveler", "you", "your").
By requesting travel planning, approving an itinerary, signing any agreement, or paying any fee or deposit, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and agree to these Terms and Conditions.
Mor Travels acts solely as a booking agent for third-party travel suppliers ("Suppliers") who provide the travel services included in your itinerary. Mor Travels does not own, operate, or control any Supplier.
Mor Travels Group, LLC d/b/a Mor Travels is an independent contractor of Outside Agents, California Seller of Travel 2090937-50 (Registered Affiliate), Florida ST15578, Washington 603189022. Registration as a seller of travel does not constitute approval by the State of California.
1. CONTRACT, ELIGIBILITY & GROUP BOOKINGS
You represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and have legal authority to enter into this agreement.
- You are legally authorized to act on behalf of all travelers in your party and to accept these Terms and Conditions on their behalf.
- All information you provide to Mor Travels, including for any other travelers you represent, is true, complete, and accurate.
If you are booking on behalf of a group, you are responsible for distributing these Terms and Conditions to all travelers and for all payments due for the group, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Mor Travels is not liable if the group leader fails to share these Terms and Conditions with other travelers.
Any violation of these Terms and Conditions, or of any Supplier’s terms, may result in cancellation of your reservation, denial of services, and forfeiture of monies paid.
2. SCOPE OF SERVICES & AGENCY RELATIONSHIP
Mor Travels does not own, operate, or control the travel services that are part of your trip, including but not limited to flights, accommodations, cruises, tours, ground transportation, activities, or travel insurance (collectively, the “Travel Products”).
All Travel Products are provided by independent Suppliers that are responsible for their own products, services, operations, and policies. Supplier terms and conditions will apply to your booking and may limit or exclude their liability. You are responsible for reviewing and complying with each Supplier’s terms.
By booking through Mor Travels, you agree that:
- Mor Travels acts only as an agent for the traveler in arranging Travel Products for your benefit.
- Mor Travels does not control the operations of any Supplier.
- Mor Travels is not liable for acts, errors, omissions, delays, defaults, or negligence of Suppliers, or any failure or partial failure of any Supplier to deliver services.
Your interaction with any Supplier is at your own risk. Mor Travels is not responsible for any travel arrangements made independently by the traveler, including flights, hotels, excursions, or transportation not booked through Mor Travels.
3. PLANNING FEES, BOOKINGS & PAYMENTS
3.1 Professional & Planning Fees
Travel planning involves significant time and expertise. Mor Travels may charge non-refundable fees for planning, consulting, research, group management, rush planning, or changes. All such fees are disclosed prior to payment and are non-refundable, regardless of trip outcome.
3.2 Quotes & Itineraries
Quotes are estimates until confirmed by Suppliers. Prices are not guaranteed until:
- You approve the itinerary in writing,
- Deposits are paid,
- Supplier confirmations are issued in writing.
You must review all documents upon receipt. Mor Travels is not responsible for errors not reported within 24 hours.
3.3 Deposits & Final Payment
- Deposits are typically non-refundable unless stated otherwise by the Supplier.
- Bookings within certain windows may require full payment at booking.
- Failure to make payments by the due date may result in cancellation by the Supplier, subject to Supplier penalties.
You are responsible for all penalties, rate changes, taxes, currency fluctuations, and Supplier fees up to the time final payment is received.
4. CREDIT CARD AUTHORIZATION & CHARGEBACKS
By providing your credit card information, you authorize Mor Travels and applicable Suppliers to charge your card for:
- Deposits
- Final payments
- Fees
- Penalties
- Adjustments
By authorizing payment, you agree to these Terms and Conditions and to the applicable Supplier terms, including their cancellation policies.
Improper chargebacks are prohibited. Examples of improper chargebacks include disputes arising from:
- Non-refundable fares,
- Disagreement with cancellation policies,
- Force majeure events,
- Supplier schedule changes,
- Authorized third-party use of your card.
Mor Travels reserves the right to dispute chargebacks, cancel related bookings, and recover related costs including attorney’s fees.
5. DATA PROTECTION & PRIVACY
Mor Travels collects personal information required to plan and book travel, including names, birthdates, passport details, payment authorization, and medical/mobility information when voluntarily provided.
By providing this information, you consent to Mor Travels:
- Using your data to plan and manage your travel,
- Sharing necessary data with Suppliers to fulfill bookings,
- Communicating with you about your travel via email, phone, or messaging apps.
Mor Travels safeguards collected information; however:
- Suppliers have their own privacy practices,
- Mor Travels is not responsible for Supplier or third-party data breaches,
- Mor Travels is not liable for cyberattacks or unauthorized access affecting Supplier systems or technology not controlled by Mor Travels.
You may request corrections to your personal data at any time.
6. PRICES, RATE CHANGES & CURRENCY
Prices are based on Supplier information at the time of quote and may change prior to confirmation.
Before final payment, Suppliers may adjust pricing due to:
- Fuel surcharges,
- Government taxes,
- Currency fluctuations,
- Supplier-imposed changes.
Mor Travels may pass these changes to you. After final payment, pricing is generally locked in unless Supplier terms dictate otherwise.
Mor Travels reserves the right to correct pricing errors before booking confirmation.
7. CANCELLATIONS, CHANGES & UNUSED SERVICES
7.1 Cancellation by Traveler
All cancellations must be submitted in writing. The effective date is when Mor Travels receives the written notice.
- Mor Travels professional fees are non-refundable.
- Supplier policies determine refunds, future credits, or penalties.
- Some bookings may be entirely non-refundable.
- Mor Travels is not responsible for Supplier delays in issuing refunds or credits.
Airline tickets follow airline-specific rules. Mor Travels does not control airline refundability.
7.2 Changes by Traveler
Not all bookings can be changed. When changes are possible, you are responsible for Supplier change fees, fare differences, and any applicable Mor Travels change fees.
7.3 Changes or Cancellation by Suppliers
Suppliers may change or cancel services due to:
- Weather,
- Operational issues,
- Government actions,
- Safety concerns,
- Insufficient participation,
- Schedule changes.
Mor Travels will notify you as soon as possible and assist with alternatives, but is not liable for Supplier decisions or changes.
8. TRAVEL DOCUMENTS, PASSPORTS, VISAS & IDENTIFICATION
You are responsible for obtaining and carrying all required travel documents, including:
- Valid passport book,
- Visas,
- Vaccination documentation,
- Other required identification.
Important notes:
- Passport cards are not valid for most international air travel.
- Many countries require passports to be valid for 6+ months beyond entry.
- Minors may require notarized consent documentation.
For requirements, consult:
- U.S. Department of State,
- TSA/DHS,
- Destination embassies.
MISSED FLIGHTS & AIRPORT ARRIVAL RESPONSIBILITY
You are solely responsible for arriving at the airport on time for all flights, completing online check-in when required, and complying with all airline and TSA deadlines. Recommended arrival times are at least 2 hours for domestic flights and 3 hours for international flights.
Mor Travels is not responsible for missed flights, missed connections, denied boarding, or additional costs resulting from:

Late arrival to the airport,

Failure to complete check-in or document verification on time,

TSA/security delays,

Traffic or transportation delays,

Not following airline instructions,

Any other traveler-controlled factors.
Additional expenses due to missed flights—including new tickets, hotel nights, meals, or transportation—are the traveler’s responsibility.
DOCUMENT REVIEW RESPONSIBILITY — PLEASE CHECK YOUR DOCUMENTS
You must review all travel documents immediately upon receipt.
If any information is incorrect—including names, dates, flights, room types, or passport details—you must notify Mor Travels in writing within 24 hours.
Mor Travels is not responsible for:
- Errors not reported within 24 hours,
- Costs to correct errors,
- Denied boarding due to incorrect documents.
9. INSECTICIDE NOTICE
Certain countries require airlines to treat cabins with insecticides before arrival or while onboard.

Mor Travels is not responsible for reactions or inconvenience resulting from these procedures.
10. HAZARDOUS MATERIALS
Federal law prohibits passengers from carrying hazardous materials aboard aircraft.
Violations can result in fines up to $250,000 and imprisonment for up to five (5) years.
Hazardous materials include explosive, flammable, corrosive, poisonous, compressed gas, or radioactive items.

Mor Travels is not liable for penalties, delays, or denied boarding arising from hazardous material violations.
11. HEALTH, IMMUNIZATIONS & SPECIAL NEEDS
You are responsible for consulting a medical professional regarding recommended vaccines, medications, health precautions, and your fitness to travel.
Travelers with disabilities or mobility limitations must notify Mor Travels before booking. Mor Travels will convey requests to Suppliers, but cannot guarantee that accommodations will be available.
Accessibility outside the U.S. may be limited.
12. DESTINATION CONDITIONS, RISKS & SAFETY
Travel may involve risks including crime, weather, natural events, disease, limited medical care, and physical exertion.
You acknowledge reviewing official travel advisories, including:
- U.S. Department of State,
- Centers for Disease Control and Prevention.
By booking travel, you voluntarily assume all associated risks.
Mor Travels does not guarantee safety and is not responsible for conditions or events beyond its control.
13. COVID-19 & COMMUNICABLE DISEASE NOTICE
By traveling during this time, you acknowledge the inherent risk of exposure to COVID-19 or other communicable diseases.
You understand that:
- Requirements may change with little notice,
- Suppliers may modify itineraries or require testing, vaccination, or quarantine,
- Refunds may not be available for pandemic-related disruptions,
- Mor Travels is not liable for illness, delays, or losses related to communicable diseases.
14. TRAVEL INSURANCE
Mor Travels strongly recommends purchasing comprehensive travel insurance, which may include:
- Trip cancellation/interruption,
- Emergency medical and evacuation,
- Travel delay,
- Baggage coverage,
- Optional Cancel For Any Reason coverage.
Travel insurance is not included unless explicitly stated.
Mor Travels is not an insurer and does not guarantee claims. Declining insurance may result in financial loss for which Mor Travels is not liable.
15. CLIENT CONDUCT, DAMAGES & INDEMNIFICATION
Travelers are expected to act respectfully and comply with Supplier and local rules.
Suppliers and Mor Travels may remove a traveler from any portion of a trip for:
- Unsafe behavior,
- Illegal conduct,
- Harassment or disruption,
- Refusal to follow group or Supplier guidelines.
No refunds will be issued for removal.
You agree to indemnify Mor Travels for damages caused by your actions, including legal fees.
16. FORCE MAJEURE AND EVENTS BEYOND OUR CONTROL
Mor Travels and its Suppliers assume no liability for any loss, damage, delay, or cancellation resulting, in whole or in part, from causes beyond their reasonable control, including but not limited to:
Acts of God, severe weather, flood, fire, earthquakes, volcanic eruptions, environmental conditions, power or water failures, strikes or labor disputes, civil unrest, riots, war or acts of terrorism, government orders or restrictions, epidemics, pandemics, public health emergencies, quarantine, travel advisories or warnings, air traffic disruptions, mechanical issues, or other unforeseen circumstances.
In such events:
- Suppliers may, at their sole discretion, modify, postpone, or cancel outlined services.
- Refunds, if any, will be determined solely by the applicable Supplier, not by Mor Travels.
- Mor Travels professional fees remain non refundable.
If Mor Travels is able to recover funds from a Supplier, we will pass those recovered amounts to you, less any non refundable or applicable fees charged by the supplier.
17. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY AND DISCLAIMER
Because Mor Travels acts only as an agent for Suppliers, and does not control their operations, you agree that Mor Travels is not liable for:
- Personal injury, illness, or death,
- Property damage, loss, or theft,
- Delays, schedule changes, missed connections, or overbookings,
- Acts, errors, omissions, or negligence of any Supplier or their employees, agents, or representatives,
- Bankruptcy, insolvency, or cessation of operations of any Supplier,
- Changes in services, accommodations, or facilities by Suppliers,
- Any event or condition beyond the reasonable control of Mor Travels.
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- Any recovery against Mor Travels is limited to the amount of commissions and professional fees actually received by Mor Travels for your booking,
- Mor Travels is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
18. GOVERNING LAW, JURISDICTION, AND TIME LIMITS
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, without regard to conflict of law rules.
You agree that:
- Any claim or dispute arising out of or relating to your travel bookings with Mor Travels must be brought exclusively in the state or federal courts located in the State of Georgia,
- You submit to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
Any claim against Mor Travels must be presented in writing within thirty (30) days after the completion or scheduled completion of your trip and must be filed within one (1) year of the incident giving rise to the claim. You expressly waive any longer statute of limitations that might otherwise apply.
You agree to bring any claim only in your individual capacity, not as a plaintiff or class member in any class action or other representative proceeding. You waive any right to seek punitive or exemplary damages, and your remedies will be limited to compensatory damages, subject to the limitation of liability above.
19. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Mor Travels may update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. The version in effect at the time you make a new booking or pay a new deposit will apply to that booking.
We may provide updated terms via our website, email, or in updated client documents. Your continued use of Mor Travels services, or your payment of any trip deposit after receiving notice of updated terms, constitutes your acceptance of those changes.
20. ENTIRE AGREEMENT AND SEVERABILITY
These Terms and Conditions, together with any client agreement, invoices, and applicable Supplier terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and Mor Travels concerning your travel bookings and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, whether electronic, oral, or written.
If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force, and the invalid provision will be replaced by a valid provision that most closely reflects the original intent.
BY REQUESTING TRAVEL PLANNING FROM MOR TRAVELS, PAYING ANY PLANNING FEE OR TRIP DEPOSIT, OR APPROVING AN ITINERARY, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AND TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF ALL APPLICABLE SUPPLIERS.
